Ryan Taylor is a Junior Associate Attorney at For Purpose Law Group. He holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, as well as a MBA from the University’s School of Business (both class of ’18). He is also an alumnus from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, where he graduated with a degree in Social Sciences, emphasis in Sociology and Economics (class of ’09).
While pursing his graduate studies, Ryan balanced his academic education with practical experience in both the law and business management. He has assisted attorneys in advising both corporate and nonprofit clients, while also gained experience in sales, marketing and compliance. His diverse background allows him to collaborate on a wide variety of issues and projects.
Ryan maintains an avid interest in new venture management and social enterprise, something he looks forward to nurturing at For Purpose Law Group. He thrives in supporting entrepreneurs to develop their business and cause.
Most recently, Ryan just returned from a three-week trip to India where he drove an auto-rickshaw (also known as a “tuk-tuk”) nearly the entirely western length of the country. As part of his adventure, Ryan helped fundraise to purchase and distribute nearly 50 highly-durable soccer balls for impoverished children around the world.
